STORAGE & WAREHOUSING

Verde stores your items either in a bulk storage area (pallet back stock) or in pickable locations. Verde moves your items internally between the two locations to ensure maximum efficiency for picking your orders daily by the Picking Team.  Because of this, clients are unable to request a specific type of storage space usage within our facility. We can't guarantee inventory consolidation regularly, but do our best to maintain efficient use of storage space for all clients.

• Communicate with your Client Success Coordinator if you have older, unsold items that you want to be moved to the bulk storage area, the quarantine area, or if you want the items shipped back to you or disposed of.  

  • Clients may not dictate movements of items back and forth between the bulk storage area and the FPM.

• Disposal of items from quarantine or bulk storage is at your discretion, and applicable fees will apply.  

• Items left in quarantine for more than 90 days will automatically be disposed of with fees applied to your account. Communicate with your Client Success Coordinator if you wish to utilize long-term storage for these items.
