3PL Pricing Guide

Forklift navigating a warehouse aisle filled with stacked pallets and boxes.

At Verde Fulfillment USA, pricing is structured to be flexible and volume-based. We don’t use rigid, one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, your fulfillment costs are built around your operational profile so it actually supports your margins and growth.

Here’s how our pricing is typically structured:

1. Receiving

  • Charged per pallet, container, or by labor hour depending on inbound type

  • Covers unloading, inspection, and putaway

2. Storage

  • Billed monthly based on pallet positions, bin storage, or footprint

  • Optimized for brands storing 250+ pallets across our main network

3. Pick & Pack (Order Fulfillment)

  • Per-order + per-item pricing model

  • Volume discounts apply as order counts scale

4. Shipping

  • Discounted carrier rates (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL, FTL, etc.)

  • Rates depend on weight, dimensions, zones, and service level

5. Value-Added Services (Optional)

  • Kitting & bundling

  • Retail prep (FBA, big-box compliance)

  • Custom packaging

  • Returns processing / reverse logistics

  • Project-based labor

What Impacts Your Pricing Most?

  • Monthly order volume

  • SKU count

  • DTC vs B2B mix

  • Product dimensions & weight

  • Storage footprint

  • Any customization or kitting

  • Forecasted growth

We offer volume discounts, and the goal is always to structure a program that improves your operational efficiency and protects your bottom line — not inflate it.
